製造方法紹介Production method

インフレーション成形法
押出機で樹脂を加熱溶融しながら押出加工し、単層または多層構造の円形のダイスからチューブ状に吹き上げます。上部のロールでチューブを折りたたみ、巻取装置にてチューブまたはフィルム状に巻き取ります。

Inflation method
Plastic is heated to liquid while being extruded from the press, into a single-or multi-layer tube, using a cylindrical mold.
The tube is folded over by the upper roller, and wound up as tubing or film by the winding machine.
